Return Deadline

At bazaardodo, our priority is to make certain of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to bazaardodo within 30 calendar days of purchase.

Return Conditions

1) All return items must be in a new and unused condition and in original packaging.
2) Claims for damaged or defective must be received by us within 2 business days after receipt of merchandise.
3) If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase,please submit a return request within 30 calendar days by email below with your order id and product pictures(Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer)

How to Return an Item

(1)Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns.
(2)Either ensure your package for safe return to bazaardodo or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit process.
If you don't choose (1) use a carrier that offers tracking nor (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage of the product during shipping.

Exchange and Cancel Orders

You can apply for an exchange or cancel your order before shipping via support@bazaardodo.com But if the goods have already been shipped, we can only process them further after you receive the goods.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. If you paid by PayPal, the fund would show up as your account balance. If you paid via a credit/debit card, the fund would be available to the email account associated with your payment. You may then have it transferred back to your bank account free of charge. For more details, please contact PayPal or speak to us.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bazaardodo.com.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
1) Any item shown obvious signs of use
2) Any item not in its original condition, or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
3) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Shipping Fees

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss occurred during transportation.
