At Bazaardodo, we offer 30-day money back guarantee. You can ask for refund within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How to return a product
To start a return, you can contact us at support@bazaardodo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Modify and Cancel orders
You can only modify or cancel the order for free within 2h after you place the order via support@bazaardodo.com. Beyond 2 hours, we could not be able to make any modifications for you.
If you still have to cancel your order, we are so sorry that the product cost and shipping cost (80% of order volume) will not be refunded, we could only refund you the related product fees(price after using discount code if you applied one), cause your order has been shipped or is going to be shipped out.
