A bit disappointed with the after sales, I had the case for around 1 week before the lights stopped working. I was offered a replacement at my cost for the postage and was declined a refund for the faulty case after I refused to to pay for the postage.

Now the only thing I would like to majorly add is the rubbery coating covering the wires to the lightning connector on the case is easily torn, which I wished y'all used some type of cloth material on to make it a little more durable or like nylon or something to where you can't easily rip it off, other than that a great product! I give 5 stars because of the company, and the quality of the case itself I can tell you put a lot of work in it and I was so excited when it came in, all of my friends were jealous of me having it so I might just have to order another haha. And I also understand you may have your reasonings for not making it more durable so I respect that, I'm not a hard person to please haha but thank you for this great product and I will happily tell my friends about your company.

his case is so cool. I have the black iPhone and the colors really pop in a great way.
